International Resources The Kellogg’s Foundation in the USA has developed a tool kit to assist community groups to build and maintain partnerships to strengthen communities. It contains step by step instructions and access to a series of resources at the end.

This document is part of a series brought out by MENTOR/ National Mentoring Partnership in the USA. It provides an overview of the impact Staff qualifications, training and support can have on the overall success of a mentoring program. At the end of the report the document contains useful resources to help implement a better support system for staff.
